What equipment does MAC Anesthesia provide?

We provide all monitors, anesthesia equipment, and emergency medications.

The office is only responsible for oxygen and anesthesia medications (ex., midazolam, propofol, ketamine, dexmedetomidine, fentanyl). We will ensure medications logs meet regulatory requirements.

What is the pre-operative process?

Upon treatment coordinating a patient for anesthesia, patients will receive a pre-operative packet to be filled out online and will be automatically emailed to our office. A CRNA will review each packet and coordinate with their physician (primary, cardiologist, pulmonologist, etc.) if necessary, to receive clearance before their scheduled procedure.

All patients will receive a phone call from a CRNA to discuss their medical history, medications, and discuss anesthesia instructions prior to their procedure to ensure their safety and preclude any issues that would otherwise postpone their procedure.
